Ed Maloney was born and raised in Klamath Falls and has been beekeeping and growing garlic for over a decade. His honey is named for his mother, his garlic is named for his aunt and his son designs our labels. Ed grows 5 different varieties of garlic each year, including a local variety that grows wild here the Henley area.
