McPherson's High Desert Highlands
We raise Scottish Highland cattle and heritage breed pigs on our family farm just outside of Klamath Falls, to provide pasture-raised beef and high quality pork to our local community. Our cattle are pasture-raised for their whole lives and never grain-fed or finished. Our pigs are raised exclusively on a vegetarian diet based on fermented grains and alfalfa with plenty of space to root and wallow.
